Guests are seated to a pre-set garden salad with French & ranch dressing caddies, dinner rolls and butter on tables.
Each guest will be served a plated dinner from the entree, potato and vegetable selection you have chosen from the menu listed.

choose one:  Bacon Wrapped Baked, Lemon Pepper Seasoned or Chicken Marsala (chicken breast covered in a Marsala wine cream sauce & sauteed mushrooms).

Vegetarian option:  Pasta Alfredo or Pasta Marinara
Pasta & sauteed fresh vegetables covered with your choice of Alfredo (cream) or Marina (red) sauce.

Prime Rib au jus*
House seasoned and slow roasted.

All food purchased through Northwinds Supper Club & Banquet Hall, L.L.C.
must be consumed on the premises and may not leave the function area.
Wisconsin state statue 125.32/6 requires that any food cannot be brought into the function rooms from outside sources.

Host's menu selection will be confirmed with Northwinds at least 14 days prior to the event date.
Guaranteed number of guests will be confirmed 7 days prior to the day of the event. 
This number is not subject to reductions.  If the attendance is greater, that will be the billing total.
All food and beverages are subject to an do not include 5.5% sales tax and 15% service charges.
No separate checks for banquet events.  Refer to your contract for other specific banquet information.
