Thanks your choosing Northwinds Banquet Hall to host your special event!

1.)  Deposit -

A $100.00 Deposit and signed contract are required to secure your event date.  This is a security deposit, applied to your final bill, when paid in full.  This is a non-returnable deposit if date is canceled, unless the hall is able to be rebooked for an event of equal size or greater.  At the time of event booking, Northwinds will determine which banquet room or rooms will be used for your event.  If your estimated number of guests increases, you must contact Northwinds immediately in the event that another banquet as been booked based on your estimated guest count at the time of booking.  Should your event decrease in number, we would also appreciate a call, to accommodate other guests, staffing and ordering.

2.)  Attendance Guarantee -

Satruday functions require a 150 person minimum guarantee April through October.  Monday functions require a 75 person minimum.  Northwinds Requires confirmed number of persons attending your function the Monday prior to the date of your event.  This will be considered your minimum number of guests in attendance.  Billing will be in accordance with this number.  This number is not subject to reduction.  If the attendance number is greater, the host will be billed for the additional amount of guest.  If no guarantee is received, your estimated contract number will be considered your minimum guest attendance.

3.)  Late Dining Fee -

A service charge may be added to events that begin dining in excess of 15 minutes late.

4.)  Payment -

Payment is due in full at the end of the function.  Unless other credit arrangements have been made and approved prior to the event.  NO separate checks on group functions.  Individual checks are unavailable. 

5.)  All food and beverages are subject to a 5% sales tax and 15% service charge.

6.)  Food and Beverage -

Food and Beverages prices subject to change without notice.  Firm food and beverages prices may be quoted 60 days prior to the function.  All food and beverages purchased through Northwinds Supper Club and Banquet Hall L.L.C., must be consumed on the premises and may not leave the function area.  Wisconsin state statue 125.32/6 requires that liquor and any food cannot be brought into the function rooms from outside sources.  Cakes must come from a licensed catering facility.  Special Desserts brought into Northwinds are subject to a service fee.  Special Desserts must have prior approval of Northwinds management.  All food and beverage quantities will be determined by Northwinds Management and Chefs.  If a special menu or specific quantities are ordered and do not comply with industry standards, Northwinds has the right to refuse service of this event.

7.)  Service Bar -

Cocktail times and specifics shall be contracted with Northwinds prior to the day of the event.  Northwinds Supper Club's Main Bar is open Wednesday & Sunday 4:00pm-9:00pm; Friday & Saturday 4:00pm-10:00pm; and available to your group to use, at no charge.  Please contact Northwinds for cocktail times/service bar use specifics to accomodate your guests and functions needs.

8.)  Decorations -

Tape, staples, tacks and hot glue, confetti, glitter, rice or streamers SHALL NOT BE USED.  No decorations may be attached to the walls, ceiling tiles, chandeliers or beams without prior approval of the management at Northwinds.  All balloons will be anchored.  Decorations that result in excessive clean up by the staff at Northwinds will be subject to an additional fee.

9.)  Smoking -

NORTHWINDS SUPPER CLUB & BANQUET HALL IS NON-SMOKING.  Guests and attendants of your function must respect the smoking and non-smoking areas of the building  You will be responsible, along with our staff, to monitor smoking so that damage is not done to the building.  Careless use of smoking paraphernalia by your guests resulting in damage to any part of Northwinds Supper Club and Banquet Hall will be subject to a replacement fee.

10.)  Responsibility -

DAMAGES DONE ON OR TO THE HALL OR CLUB PREMISES BY YOUR GUESTS AND ATTENDANTS RESTS WITH THE CONTRACTING PARTY.  Loss or damage of the groups displays, decorations or other property brought onto the premises will be the sole responsibility of the contracting party.  Northwinds shall not be liable to the client for loss of profit or actual consequential damages occasioned by its inability to perform any of its obligations under this agreement by reason of fire, strikes, war, civil disturbances, acts of God, unavoidable casualties public carrier delays, inability to obtain necessary supplies or act of public authorities.
