Each and every day we start by using only the freshest of ingredients from reputable vendors for each of our menu items.  Northwinds Chef's believe in buying only top quality cuts of meat, produce that is fresh and wholesome, seafood that is safe and prepare your meal to order.  Special requets are fine with us, don't hesitate to ask - if we can we will.
